MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to transforming the health and well-being of Veterans in Willmar, MN, through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored referrals to effective weight management resources. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home support. Veterans can also take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access weight loss medications and potential bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
