Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to residents of Winona, MN and surrounding areas who are facing health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, or COPD. With a strong commitment to the belief that food is medicine, we prepare and deliver medically tailored meals at no cost to our clients, their caregivers, and dependent children. Supported by a compassionate community of donors and volunteers, we not only deliver meals but also offer nutrition education and counseling to empower our clients in their health journeys.
