Located in Winona, MN, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is dedicated to empowering low-income families and individuals eligible for SNAP through engaging and practical nutrition education. Our evidence-based program focuses on helping participants stretch their food dollars further while learning about healthy eating habits. Through our hands-on Nutrition Education Classes, attendees will explore affordable and delicious recipes, create effective meal and snack spending plans, discover food storage tips to minimize waste, and find ways to incorporate physical activity into their daily lives. Classes are accessible in-person or via Zoom, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit from our supportive learning environment.
