MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Winona, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. Offering a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for at-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, we ensure that every Veteran has access to the resources they need. For those who require additional assistance, we provide options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after trying our program.
