Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Worthington, MN

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Worthington, MN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored specifically for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Through live, facilitated virtual group meals, we create a supportive environment where participants can share a meal and find encouragement as they consume essential nutrition. Our meal support sessions occur four times daily—two at lunchtime and two at dinnertime—allowing individuals to attend as often as their schedules permit. Each session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are in the process of achieving their CNS certification. While this program fosters healing and community, it is not designed as an urgent care or crisis intervention service; for immediate support, we recommend reaching out to crisis resources. Join us in crafting a path toward recovery and wellness through shared meals and compassionate support.
