Over the course of 12 months, participants have access to a wealth of resources including six informative e-booklets tailored to their specific needs, ensuring a gradual and comprehensive understanding of diabetes management. Our monthly e-newsletter, available in both English and Spanish, offers seasonal tips and highlights local community events to keep participants engaged and informed. Additionally, enrollees who provide their phone numbers are invited to join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can directly interact with ADA experts to ask pertinent questions, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and benefit from helpful giveaways.
