The Meals on Wheels Program, operated by Catholic Charities, is dedicated to serving the nutritional needs of homebound seniors aged 60 and over in Zimmerman, MN, and 44 surrounding communities in Central Minnesota. Our mission is to provide essential emergency food assistance through our home-delivered meals, ensuring that at-risk and vulnerable individuals have access to wholesome, nutritious meals right at their doorstep. Offering both hot and frozen meal options, our service adapts to meet the needs of each individual, with clients receiving up to seven meals per week.
