Located in Zimmerman, MN, the Meal Support Program offers essential, free meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and over who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program provides a welcoming environment where participants can join facilitated, live virtual group meals that encourage nutritional intake and emotional support during the recovery process. With sessions available four times daily—two during lunch and two during dinner—participants have the flexibility to attend as many times as they need. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are dedicated to assisting participants on their journey to wellness.
