The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) serves senior citizens in Helena, MT, and surrounding areas including Lewis & Clark, Broadwater, Powell, Meagher, and Jefferson Counties by providing vital food assistance. Our dedicated staff at Rocky’s Nutrition ensures that eligible seniors on a limited income receive nutritious, free food every other month to help supplement their grocery needs. Recipients can expect a variety of essential commodities such as canned fruits, vegetables, ready-to-eat meals, juices, cereals, and dairy products including cheese and milk substitutes. In addition to direct food support, we offer valuable nutrition education to promote healthy eating habits. Community members can find pickup locations and apply for assistance through local outreach efforts and our available resources.
