The Mail-A-Meal (MAM) Program, part of the Montana Food Bank Network, is dedicated to addressing food insecurity in rural and remote areas of Helena, MT. Recognizing the urgent need for emergency food assistance, this program focuses on delivering nutritious, quality meals to individuals and families who may otherwise lack access. While designed primarily for seniors, with specially tailored boxes that include low-sugar, low-sodium, and whole-grain options to meet their unique nutritional needs, the MAM Program also welcomes non-senior households in areas without available food pantries. Through convenient meal drop sites and reliable meal delivery, we strive to ensure no one in our community goes hungry. To access this vital service, individuals can complete the Mail-A-Meal Intake Form and submit it to us by mail or fax, helping us serve our mission of combating food insecurity and promoting health for all Montanans.
