About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Helena, MT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, attendees can join as many meals as they wish based on their schedules. Led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program who are working towards their CNS certification, our goal is to empower individuals on their path to recovery with compassionate and informed support. Please note that while we offer meal support, we do not provide urgent care or crisis intervention services, and we encourage those in need of immediate assistance to reach out to appropriate crisis resources.
