Harm Reduction Community Outreach is dedicated to supporting individuals in Belcourt, ND, who are navigating the challenges of the legal system, particularly those facing solicitation charges related to sex work. Our Advocacy and Legal Help program provides compassionate assistance and expert guidance to those recently released from incarceration or currently facing legal difficulties. We offer practical services, including writing letters to probation officers, crafting letters of support for pre-sentencing reports, and facilitating re-entry support. Additionally, we help with record expungement and connecting individuals with legal representation to ensure they have the best chance at a fresh start. Our mission is rooted in care and community empowerment, helping those we serve regain control of their lives and move towards a brighter future.
