MOVE! Weight Management Program in Belcourt, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and, when necessary, referred to tailored weight management options that reflect their individual preferences and needs. We provide a variety of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and clinician contact for convenient support. For those who prefer self-directed management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options for Veterans who need additional assistance after trying MOVE!.
