Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Berthold, ND

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Berthold, ND, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to create a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutrition together. With meal support sessions taking place four times daily—two during lunch and two during dinner—participants can join as frequently as their schedules allow, ensuring they receive the care they need. These sessions are led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, please note that this is not a crisis intervention service; for emergencies, individuals are encouraged to seek immediate assistance by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
