Harm Reduction Community Outreach is dedicated to supporting individuals in Cando, ND, who are navigating the challenges of solicitation charges and other related legal issues stemming from sex work. Our Advocacy and Legal Help program provides essential services, including legal assistance and advocacy tailored to those recently released or facing incarceration. We offer compassionate support with critical tasks such as drafting letters to probation officers, providing letters of support for pre-sentencing reports, assisting with re-entry processes, facilitating record expungement, and helping individuals find competent legal representation. We believe in empowering individuals to overcome their legal hurdles while fostering understanding and dignity throughout the process.
