This free program, available in both English and Spanish, offers participants a series of six informative e-booklets tailored to their specific needs post-diagnosis, as well as a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and vital resources. Participants are also encouraged to engage in local community events and can opt-in to a monthly Q&A series called 'Ask the Experts,' where they can connect directly with American Diabetes Association specialists to address their diabetes-related inquiries, learn vital information about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways.
