MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Cavalier, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and directed towards personalized weight management options that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed weight management. For Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight despite these efforts, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
