Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Center, ND

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Center, ND, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers free and accessible virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside supportive peers. With four meal sessions scheduled daily—two at lunchtime and two at dinnertime—individuals are welcome to attend as many as they wish to fit their routines. Each session is facilitated by experienced nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program, ensuring guidance from skilled professionals who are pursuing their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. While our program provides valuable support for recovery, we recognize the importance of addressing urgent needs; for crisis situations, individuals are encouraged to contact resources such as texting HEALING to 741741 or dialing emergency services.
