The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Devils Lake, ND, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a free, comprehensive 12-month curriculum. Participants receive practical resources including six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs and monthly e-newsletters filled with seasonal tips, all available in both English and Spanish. Our program not only provides essential information about diabetes management but also connects participants to local community events. Enrollees who provide their phone number can engage with ADA experts through our monthly Q&A series, where they can ask questions, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy helpful giveaways designed to empower their journey to better health. We are here to foster understanding and provide the tools needed to thrive while living with diabetes.
