The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Drayton, ND is dedicated to cultivating a just and sustainable food system through education and community engagement. We empower our Fellows to become passionate advocates by providing hands-on training in organic food systems, community gardening, and ecological literacy. This immersive program offers participants the opportunity to grow and distribute diversified crops, implement health-focused educational sessions, and support local farmers markets. Our goal is to increase access to healthy foods while fostering meaningful connections between community members and sustainable agricultural practices. With no tuition fees, we ensure that our Fellowship remains accessible to all aspiring food leaders. Selected Fellows engage in an enriching six-month residency followed by a Community Action Year, applying their skills and knowledge alongside regional non-profit partners. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the program running from May to October.
