The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Edgeley, ND, is dedicated to cultivating passionate individuals who will promote a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. This transformative program provides invaluable organic food system education through hands-on training and mentorship. Fellows engage in a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, where they learn to grow and distribute diverse crops, manage community gardens, and integrate food literacy into educational activities. By working alongside regional non-profits, they implement innovative health care initiatives, support farmers markets, and enhance community access to healthy foods. We believe in making this fellowship accessible to all, which is why we do not charge any tuition. Applications are accepted until March each year for the program that runs from May to October.
