Located in Edgeley, ND, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. Our evidence-based program is designed for individuals within 24 months post-treatment, although it offers valuable resources for survivors at any stage of their journey. We provide essential nutritional support, tailored exercise programs, and comprehensive education on emotional well-being and medical management. Our mission is to empower survivors with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive after cancer, fostering a community of care and understanding.
