The Meal Support Program in Elgin, ND, is dedicated to providing compassionate meal assistance for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. We offer a nurturing environment through our virtual drop-in group meals, held four times daily, that allow participants to share a meal alongside trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program. Our sessions are designed as safe spaces, fostering community and support while encouraging healthy eating habits. Participants can join as many sessions as they like, creating a schedule that fits their needs. Please note that while we offer valuable meal support, we are not a crisis intervention service.
