MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Elgin, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who utilizes VA facilities receives annual obesity screenings and personalized referrals to appropriate weight management services. We offer a variety of care options tailored to individual needs, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program that facilitates in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to aid in personal weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with obesity.
