The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Enderlin, ND is dedicated to empowering individuals who are passionate about creating a just food system. This immersive program trains and supports Fellows in holistic approaches to food assistance, community gardening, and sustainable farming practices. By participating in hands-on experiences at the Allegheny Farm Campus, selected Fellows engage in organic food system education, collaborate with local partners to grow and distribute diverse crops, and facilitate innovative health education initiatives. The Fellowship champions access to healthy foods through farmers markets and community food coalitions, and encourages participants to integrate food and ecological literacy within schools. With no tuition fees, the Fellowship ensures that this vital training is accessible to all aspiring advocates and educators, fostering a network of advocates dedicated to systemic change in the food landscape. Applications are accepted through March, with experiences spanning from May to October each year.
