MOVE! Weight Management Program in Enderlin, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who interacts with VA facilities by screening for obesity and providing tailored referrals to effective weight management options. We offer a range of services to accommodate individual preferences, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which brings in-home messaging and clinician support directly to participants. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight on their own. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have struggled despite participating in MOVE!. To get started on a path to better health, Veterans are encouraged to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider.
