Healthy Families North Dakota, located in Grand Forks Air Force Base, is dedicated to nurturing the well-being of families through comprehensive early childhood home visitation services. Our program focuses on providing vital support and education, starting as early as pregnancy and continuing through the first three years of a child's life. We offer a range of essential services, including pregnancy support, wellness education, baby supplies like cribs, and assistance with establishing a safe sleep environment. Parents receive help with car seat installation, breastfeeding support, nutrition education, and financial counseling to empower them in their parenting journey. Our goal is to create a strong support network that equips families with strategies for health, safety, stress reduction, and child development information, all delivered in a welcoming environment and at no cost to families.
