About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program at Grand Forks Afb, ND, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a welcoming environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals that foster a sense of community and safety. Participants can join meal support sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, allowing flexibility to suit their needs. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring knowledgeable support and guidance. While we focus on fostering nutrition and recovery, please note that our program is not intended for urgent care or crisis intervention. For immediate support, we encourage individuals to reach out to crisis services.
