Located in Hankinson, ND, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program hosts live, virtual drop-in group meals, offering a compassionate and safe environment for participants to nourish their bodies while receiving vital emotional and nutritional support. With meal support sessions held four times daily—two during lunch and two at dinner—participants can join as often as their schedule allows once approved. Our sessions are expertly facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their CNS certification. While we strive to create a supportive atmosphere, please note that this program is not designed for urgent or crisis intervention.
