The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Harvey, ND, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of food advocates and educators committed to building a just and sustainable food system. Through this immersive six-month program, participants receive comprehensive training without any tuition costs, ensuring accessibility for all aspiring Fellows. Our program emphasizes organic food system education and hands-on experience in diverse areas including crop cultivation, community gardening, and implementing innovative health initiatives. Fellows engage with regional non-profit organizations during their Community Action Year, focusing on enhancing food access and promoting ecological literacy in schools. Together, we strive to support local farmers markets and community food coalitions, fostering a robust network dedicated to food justice and sustainability.
