Located in Hazen, ND, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring that we connect individuals with tailored weight management options that suit their unique needs. Providing a variety of services, MOVE! offers group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for those who prefer in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can access the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management. For those facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
