The Senior Food Pack Program, or Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to ensuring that eligible seniors in Hazen, ND receive nutritionally-balanced, shelf-stable food packages. Our mission is to combat food insecurity among the senior population by providing essential food assistance that is both reliable and accessible. We understand the unique challenges faced by our seniors, and we strive to offer support in a caring manner, recognizing the importance of maintaining health through proper nutrition. To take advantage of this vital service, seniors are encouraged to complete an application for our program.
