Ruby's Pantry in Hillsboro, ND, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals through a unique model that gathers surplus and donated foods to create generous grocery bundles. Our program ensures everyone has access to nutritious food without the burden of stringent income or residency requirements, allowing guests to visit multiple pop-up pantry locations each month to gather the nourishment they need. We collaborate with local churches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa to strengthen community ties while delivering vital emergency food support. A suggested donation of $25 helps sustain our mission to meet basic nutritional needs, making it easier for all to enjoy nourishing meals.
