Located in Horace, ND, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission centers on annually screening every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management services that align with their personal goals and preferences. We offer a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support with messaging and clinician contact as needed. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent management of their weight journey. For those who require more intensive support, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring all other options.
