MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Killdeer, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by offering annual screenings for obesity and personalized referrals to weight management services. We provide a variety of options tailored to meet the preferences and needs of our Veterans, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring our MOVE! program.
