Based in Kindred, ND, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and provided with tailored weight management options that cater to their specific needs and preferences. We offer a range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who may require additional assistance, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
