Located in Lakota, ND, Basic Needs Assistance is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing emergencies or in need of essential services. Our mission is to alleviate hardship by providing vital resources such as clothing, household items, small appliances, and emergency food assistance. We welcome individuals to visit our facility every seven days, ensuring they have access to the resources they require when they need them most. Our service area stretches beyond a hundred-mile radius of Dickinson, reaching communities across southwestern North Dakota and extending into parts of Montana and South Dakota. We are proud to serve those from as far away as Minnesota, Idaho, and Texas, reflecting our commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our neighbors.
