Each month, enrollees receive an e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips, community event information, and diabetes management strategies. Participants are also invited to join our insightful monthly Q&A sessions with diabetes experts, where they can ask pressing questions, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and benefit from useful giveaways designed to enhance their well-being.
