MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Larimore, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and offered tailored weight management services that cater to their individual needs. We provide an array of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home guidance. For those who wish to utilize technology, our MOVE! Coach mobile app allows Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges following our program.
