The Meal Support Program in Lidgerwood, ND, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that create a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutrition together. With meal support sessions held four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants have the flexibility to join as fits their schedule. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to achieving CNS certification. We aim to foster community and understanding, while reminding participants that we are not a crisis support program; those in need of urgent care should seek immediate assistance by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
