Cancer Transitions is a compassionate program based in Mapleton, ND, designed to support cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. While our primary focus is on individuals within 24 months of finishing treatment, we welcome survivors at any stage of their journey. We provide essential resources, including nutritional support, customized exercise plans, and education on emotional health and medical management. Our goal is to empower survivors with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive during their recovery and improve their overall quality of life.
