MOVE! Weight Management Program in Milnor, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with personalized weight management services that align with their unique needs. Our offerings include engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to facilitate independent weight management efforts.
