About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program, located in Minot AFB, ND, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can join live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to promote nutrition and healing. With sessions available four times a day, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals are encouraged to attend as many times as fits their schedule. All meals are guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to achieving CNS certification. We prioritize creating a safe space for recovery, emphasizing the importance of community support during the healing process. Please note, this program is not an urgent care facility or a crisis support service, so for immediate help, reach out to crisis resources.
