Located in Minto, ND, KidneyCare:365, a part of Fresenius Kidney Care, is dedicated to supporting individuals by providing essential education on kidney health and managing kidney disease. Our comprehensive program is designed for those who are newly diagnosed, caring for someone with kidney disease, or preparing for dialysis. Through our classes, participants gain valuable insights into chronic kidney disease (CKD), including its symptoms and stages, dietary guidance tailored for kidney health, coping mechanisms, and various treatment options such as home dialysis. We also help connect individuals to available resources. To ensure accessibility, our educational sessions are offered in multiple formats: online, via video conference, phone call, or in person, catering to every individual's needs and preferences.
