MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in New England, ND, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through specialized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, with the aim of connecting them to personalized weight management options that meet their unique needs. We offer a range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer more autonomy, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable tools for self-management. Additionally, we address the needs of Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges through the provision of weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other avenues.
