MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in New Salem, ND, through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity every year and connected to personalized weight management services that address their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. For those who wish to take charge of their journey independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite engaging in the MOVE! program.
