Our Family Support team offers essential resources, ensuring families receive accurate information right from the time of diagnosis. We specialize in a range of services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with navigating application and appeal processes for Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
