Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Northwood, ND

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Northwood, ND, offers invaluable resources for individuals over 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program provides free, accessible meal support through live, facilitated virtual group meals, designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can consume nutritious meals with the added guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. We hold meal support sessions four times daily, with two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, allowing participants to join as their schedules permit. Our dedicated facilitators, who are currently completing their CNS certification through the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensure that every session is supportive and informative. We invite those seeking a compassionate community during their recovery journey to join us, while noting that this is not a crisis intervention service. For crisis support, please reach out to established emergency resources.
