MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Northwood, ND, is dedicated to empowering Veterans on their journey towards healthier living. Our comprehensive program focuses on effectively managing obesity through personalized care. We aim to screen each Veteran who accesses care at VA facilities annually, providing tailored referrals to a variety of weight management services that align with their individual needs. With options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, Veterans can choose a path that suits their lifestyle. The MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available for those who prefer a self-guided approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as additional resources.
