Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Portland, ND

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Portland, ND, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meal sessions are designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can find community and encouragement while enjoying nutritious meals. Offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, our program allows individuals to attend multiple times as it fits their schedules. Each session is expertly facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive informed support during their recovery journey. Please note that while we offer valuable meal support, this program is not intended for crisis situations. For urgent help, we recommend contacting appropriate crisis resources.
